Consulting

I like contributing ideas and being part of companies that are creating value for their ecosystem and building a community. I usually consult on marketing, development, and building teams.

In the end, building a company culture is what helps us raise a business, have processes, and have a work rhythm. It is doing all the small things that, added up, make a big impact on the business.

I've spent more than ten years at it, developing software and marketing for companies. A few years ago I started doing it with my own businesses. In the end we all want to grow as entrepreneurs and see our companies grow with us. I've had interesting experiences, like taking one of my businesses to Mexico's most famous Tanque de Tiburones.
